At DAZI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
